creation, and working with international organizations, combined with my passion for youth

I have extensive experience conducting research and translating complex findings into
engaging and accessible content for diverse audiences. As the Head of Research at
Omnilabs, I centralized and processed research data, producing various formats such as
reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive decision-making and investor relations.
I have honed my data collection and analysis skills, focusing on identifying gaps and
addressing ad-hoc needs affecting underserved and immigrant populations across the
Americas.

During my time with international organizations like the International Crisis Group,
International Rescue Committee, and the Zolberg Institute, I gained experience in grant
writing, generating policy recommendations, and conducting academic research for internal
and external stakeholders. My expertise in digital and social media content, audience trends,
and online platform management allowed me to create more sophisticated insights and
friendlier deliveries for my colleagues.

As a Research Assistant at the Zolberg Institute for Migration and Mobility, I conducted
comprehensive literature reviews and contributed to drafting a working paper on non-citizen
voting in the US and New York. This experience demonstrates my ability to research,
analyze, and synthesize information on a range of policy issues, which will serve me well in
supporting the implementation and management of U-Report initiatives.

I am about to graduate with a Master's degree in Politics with a graduate minor in Migration
Studies from The New School for Social Research. My fluency in English and knowledge of
Spanish will be an asset in this role, given the global scope of U-Report.
