SUBJECT: Complaint for Defect Product Received- Request for Replacement

I am writing to inform you that I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 10 cellphone from your ShopeeMall-
specifically at miglobal.ph.
It was delivered to me on March 18, 2022; however, the cellphone I received was defective due
to the front camera not functioning and the RAM only having 64GB, despite the fact that I
purchased a 128GB phone. The item's description on your website clearly says it is a 128GB
phone, thus, I am sure this is a mistake committed on your side while producing the device.
I expect someone from your incorporation replaces my phone as soon as feasible. If not, I will
make a complaint at the consumer forum.
I hope you will consider this problem seriously and you handle this circumstance with due
diligence. I will be waiting for your response soon.
