- There are many reasons as to why people dance. It can be because they love to dance,

- The benefits of dance activities are it helps you to stay fit, can help with your self-
confidence, improves heart and lung condition, and increases the flexibility of your
body. Also, can reduce stress and improve one’s balance.

- Active living is a way of behavior that integrates any physical activity into everyday
routines. Through dancing, active living can be achieved as it is a good exercise that
has many benefits. As dancing is fun and can be done by all ages, it is easy to
integrate it into everyday routines of people.

- There are many different dance forms or styles, examples of these are: Ballroom
dancing, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Salsa, Folk Dance, Modern
