Subject; REQUEST FOR POSTING AT NEAREST STATION AS PER SPOUSE POLICY

Respecter Sir,
It is to state i am serving as Research Officer (BS-17) in Agriculture Research
System since 04-04-2013 initially i was posted at the Office of the Senior Research Officer,
South Waziristan, where i spent 3years and four months, and then i was posted as Research
Officer at Cereal Crops research Institute Pirsabak, Nowshera on 22/8/2016. Now i got
promotion as Senior Research Officer (BS-18) vide notification No: SOE (AD) V-7/PSB/17-
18/RW/22/566 on the recommendation of Provincial Selection Board meeting dated 06-04-
2022 and your good office has to make recommendation for posting of promoted officers. It
is to bring into your kind attention that my spouse is serving as Assistant Professor at the University
of Agriculture, Amir Mohammad Khan Campus, Mardan and also have school going children
studying at preschool stage while there is no backup support at home to receive them when
they get back from school. Therefore it would be of immense pleasure if your kind authority
facilitate us by making my posting at nearest station i.e. Sugar Crops Research Institute,
Mardan according to the spouse policy for government employees. Thank You
