VILLA JACINTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HELD ON AUGUST 17, 2019 AT THE VILLA JACINTA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
AT 1:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OUTSIDER PERSONELS AND ALL KINDS OF PET ANIMALS SUCH AS COWS,
HORSES, CARABAOS etc. FROM ENTERING THE SCHOOL PREMISES WITHOUT ANY ASKED PERMISSION FROM
AUTHORIZED PERSONELS.

WHEREAS, the present Parents Teachers Association (PTA) Officials of Villa Jacinta Elementary School
would like to prohibit the outsiders and all kinds of pet animals from entering the school premises with legal
basis, to avoid problems regarding the improper disposal of wastes materials and to maintain the cleanliness of
the school’s environment;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of the PTA Officials be it.. .

Section I. To prohibit the outsiders and all kinds of pet animals from entering the school premises of Villa Jacinta
Elementary School.

Section II. Prohibitions

It is unlawful for any person or persons to do the following acts:
1. Staying inside the premises during non-class hours without a purpose;
2. Leaving animal pets unguarded, and;
3. Throwing garbage and littering inside the school premises.

Section III. Person/s with authority to collect fines and give penalties
Fines and Penalties will be given to the violators by all the PTA Officials with the help of all the School’s
Authorities and any violations of the above prohibitions shall be meted with the following fines and penalties:
 First offense ----------------------- P 500.00
 Second offense ----------------------- P 1, 000.00 with the assistance of Barangay Officials from Lower
and Upper Villa Jacinta
Section IV. Repealing Clause. Other ordinances that are against with this ordinance will be consider as subject for
amendment.

Section V. Effectivity Clause. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days from the date of submission to the office of
the school principal for revision.

Resolved as it is hereby resolved to PROHIBIT THE OUTSIDER PERSONELS AND ALL KINDS OF PET
ANIMALS SUCH AS COWS, HORSES, CARABAOS etc. FROM ENTERING THE SCHOOL PREMISES WITHOUT ANY
ASKED PERMISSION FROM AUTHORIZED PERSONELS.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
