This serves to confirm the additional cost implications due to broken glass based on NCR-076
amounting AED 1,211.73 (UAE Dirham’s – One Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 73/100 only).
Pursuant to the Sub-contract terms and conditions, we record that the above work is a variation to
the Sub-contract and advice of our entitlement for reimbursement of the additional cost and time
implications.
In support, please refer to the attached documents, which identify the location and the required
quantities.

CTI trust this is acceptable and look forward to your confirmation of acceptance.
