    1 ANALYSIS AND DESIGN METHODOLOGY

    The structural analysis is to be carried out using ETABS for both vertical (Dead & Live loads)
    and lateral loads (Seismic and wind loads) for different load combinations. Response
    spectrum analysis shall be done for structural performance of the building. Foundation shall
    be designed in SAFE software.
    All concrete design shall conform to IS: 456-2000, IS: 13920-2016, IS: 1893 (Part1)-2016 and
    all other relevant codes as applicable. The structural system is designed to resist the total
    design force in proportion to their lateral stiffness considering the interaction each floor
    levels.
    The structural system will have column beam frame arrangement with suspended slabs
    supported over beams. Shear walls shall be provided for resisting lateral forces according to
    the design requirement.
