Extra Judicial Settlement With Waiver
That we, NATIVIDAD A. KIDMANO, of legal age, married to Peter Kidmano, EVELINA A.
BALINGUEY, of legal age, married to Fred Balinguey, FLORENCE A. PADRE, of legal age, married
to John Padre, ANGHELINA A. JOSE, of legal age, married to Johnny Jose, JOSE AGYAMOC, of
legal age, married to Beth Agyamoc, LEON AGYAMOC, of legal age, married to Neneth Agyamoc,
JONALYN A. ANTONIO, of legal age, married to Joe Antonio, all Filipinos, with residence and postal
address at Baguio City, hereby depose and says:
WITNESSETH
That we are the legitimate children and compulsory heirs of LOURDES AGYAMOC who died
on ________ in Baguio City, copy of her death certificate is hereto attached as annex “A”,
That the said decedent died without any will or testament and without any outstanding debt in
favor of any person or entity,
That the said decedent at the time of her death left a parcel of land situated at Happy Hallow,
Baguio City, more particularly described as below:
A parcel of land situated at Happy Hallow, Baguio City, with an area of 2,939 square meters
more or less, bounded on the North by Ass. Lot No. 002 on the East by Ass. Lot No. 002, on the North
West by Sec. 01. That this land is declared under Tax Declaration No. 0264, assessed at 18,250.00.
That due to our love, understanding and liberality towards each other, and to our brother
EMILIO AGYAMOC, of legal age, married to Concepcion Agyamoc , Filipino, with residence and
postal address at Purok 1, Happy Hallow, Baguio City, we hereby renounce, relinquish, and waive, our
rights, interests, title and participation over one portion of the above described property, to wit;
“A parcel of land situated at Happy Hallow, Baguio City, containing an area of 197
square meters bounded on the North by Jose Agyamoc, on the East by Leon Agyamoc, on the
South by Semen Otinguey and on the West by Public Land, this is an integral part of Tax
Declaration No. 0264”
That by virtue of this Extra Judicial Settlement with waiver of rights, SPS. CONCEPCION
AND EMILIO AGYAMOC are now the sole owner of the above-mentioned land, free from all liens and
encumbrance;
