DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION executed by and between LEON EMILIO AGYAMOC,

of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of 49 Upper Dagsian, Baguio City, hereinafter
called the DONOR and EMILIO E. AGYAMOC likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to and
a resident of no. 130 Purok 1, Happy Hallow, Baguio City hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the DONOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:

“A parcel of land situated at Happy Hallow, Baguio City, containing an area of

ONE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE (195) SQUARE METERS, bounded on the North
by Jose E. Agyamoc, on the East by Angelina Jose, on the South by Semen Otinguey and
on the West by Emilio Agyamoc, this is an integral part of Tax Declaration No. 0264 in
the name of Lourdes Agyamoc”

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF LOVE AND AFFECTION, the DONOR

HEREBY voluntary GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of DONATION UNTO THE
DONEE his heirs, assigns and successors in interest the above-described property together with
all the improvements found thereon free from all liens and encumbrances and charges of
whatever kind;

That the DONOR affirms that this DONATION is not made with intent to defraud his
creditors and that his sufficient funds and property reserved for himself and his obligations.

That the DONEE hereby accepts and received this DONATION made in favor of
EMILIO E. AGYAMOC, hereby manifest gratefulness for the generosity and liberality of the
DONOR.
