The Group ‘B* posts for which the CBT has to be conducted are: AEN, AME, AEE, ASTE, AMM, APO, AFA, AOM and ACM. 2, Information regarding vacancy details and number of eligible applications were sought vide NAIR letter dated 23,03,2023. Few Railways and PUs are yet to send the information, the same may be sent urgently. The CBT against 30% LDCE quota is being conducted for the vacaney cycle from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024, But some railways/PUs have given the vacancy details for the eatlier vacancy cycles. This should be reviewed urgently and the information for vacancy cycle from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024 only should be furnished. 3. Railway/PU-wise Exam cities for the previous LDCE of November/2022 are mentioned at Annexure-A for reference. Number of exam cities may be reduced this year by NAIR depending upon the number of applicants. 4, Railways /PUs are requested to send the candidate database in the following formats attached as Annexures I to IV: (i Annexure I: Summary of vacancy and eligible applications post-wise (ii) Annexure - IT : Format of particulars of eligible applicants post-wise indicating the proposed exam locations (cities as per Annexure-A) for each eligible candidate. (iii) Annexure ~ IIT ; List of Common applicants between AME and AEE (iv) Annexure - IV ; List of common applicants between APO and other posts The above information should be sent in PDF (duly signed by Dy.CPO(Gaz)/ Dy.CAO(G) and in EXCEL file before 28.04.2023 to NAIR in the email ID : sphrm@nair.railnet.gov.in. No hard copies are required to be sent to NAIR.5. While sending the candidate particulars, columns pertaining to I-PAS number, HRMS ID, e-mail ID and mobile numbers should be thoroughly checked to avoid any difficulty to the candidate at a later stage. Similarly, the eligibility of the candidate to avail the facility of the seribe should be checked properly with reference to the prescribed guidelines. 6, Pre-selection coaching for the eligible staff should be completed in time. 7. Tender for selection of Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) has been floated. Finalisation of the tender will take time. Hence the CBT for 30 % LDCE quota can be possible only after mid-June 2023.
