We are looking for passionate leaders, with the intellectual curiosity to actively pursue new Markets knowledge and an
ability to translate client needs into potential research & analytics solutions. Ideally, an International Inside Sales
professional to work on a portfolio of US/European clients with Previous B2B sales experience is required in the Custom
Market Intelligence & Analytics domain.
Responsibilities
• Formulating and executing the account strategies for the company’s growth objectives in global (US/ EU)
markets
• Run targeted sales campaigns to develop new business opportunities with new & existing accounts for market
intelligence, procurement intelligence, and analytics services.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring loyalty through excellent customer service
• Sourcing leads, networking/ follow-ups with prospects, and maintaining the sales pipeline.
• Prepare custom pitches as per the client profile.
• Scheduling meetings and driving communication with C-suite executives, Heads/Directors, etc.
• Work with the business operations team to oversee the development of proposals and direct the account
coordinators on their assigned accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Actively coordinate with operations to facilitate regular interactions, maintain & update collaterals, and
opportunity trackers.
• Resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform primary analysis of companies, industries, technologies, and marketplaces, to uncover key, actionable
information, and insights for client’s requirements.
• 5+ years of B2B International sales experience (focus on US & Europe) specifically on custom Market Research
& Analytics solutions is a must.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing/ growing senior client relationships.
• Highly motivated to exceed targets and always demonstrating high levels of flair, creativity, and confidence.
• Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills along with the business acumen
• Strong planning, coordination, and engagement skills combined with the ability to manage priorities.
