between the different sectors involved in the production and sales.

Majority of the coffee produced comes from South Africa, 44% while the second largest producer, Indonesia,
contributes just half of that at only 22%; whereas, the other main contributors are Japan and Vietnam with a
share of 18% and 16% respectively.

None of the coffee producing countries other than Japan consumes coffee, although their share is a meagre 8%;
whereas the largest consumers are Europeans and Americans taking up 41% and 39% of the total proportion and
the coffee drinkers from the rest of the world makes up just 12%.

More than half of the profit,51%, is netted by delivery sector and the retailers take 24% of the profit; remarkably
the producers and exports share just a quarter of the profits between them, 15% and 10% respectively.
