Passion Clean Laundry Services assures clients that their garments are
in good hands; we ensure that the money they pay is well spent. PC
Laundry Services provides a webpage where customers can ask or
make an appointment. Customers may simply locate our
establishment using Waze or Google Maps. Posters will also be
distributed on our social media platforms.

VII. Operating Process

(Service only)
Washing;
1. Sorting - To begin, we sort the laundry by color, placing whites,
pastels, light grays, and white-background prints in one pile. Black,
scarlet, navy, brown, and dark gray garments put in a separate pile.
Heavy-soiled garments should be laundered separately. Then, we
arrange each pile by fabric type once more. For instance, separate
towels and sheets from clothing in the white pile. In the dark hues,
separate T-shirts and jeans from blouses and dress shirts of lighter
weight.
2.Detergent - We will indicate how much detergent to use based on
the load size. If your clothing has stains, you should pre-treat them
before washing so that they do not set. Simply use a stain remover or a
small amount of laundry detergent and rub it in. Before loading the
machine, the detergent is added to the washer's drum or dispenser.
This will prevent residue from accumulating on your clothing.
3. Select a Water Temperature and Cycle - Unless your garments are
caked in dirt and highly discolored, washing them in cold water will
meet your demands and prevent the majority of laundry mishaps.
Underwear and bed sheets made of cotton require hot water to
eliminate body oil. To sterilize bed linens and towels, they must be
cleaned at the highest suggested temperature at least every other
wash. Rinse with cold water then.
4. Final Check - Before filling the washer, we double-check to prevent
any last-minute errors.
5. Load the Washing - We load items into the washer one by one,
ensuring they are not clumped together. Turn knitted items, corduroy,
textured fabric, and dark colors inside out to preserve fabric finishes
and reduce "worn out" appearance.
6. Quickly remove wet laundry from the washing machine to reduce
wrinkles and prevent mildew. Hang items to dry naturally, lay them
flat, or dry them in the dryer.

Drying;
1. Load the dryer - It is essential to dry all lightweight items together
and all heavy fabric items together, so we select the appropriate dryer
cycle for each type of fabric. This will protect your garments and
prevent shrinkage.
2. Hang or Fold and Store - As soon as the garments are dry, we will
immediately take care of them. To prevent wrinkles, hang or fold each
article of clothing as it comes out of the dryer. Moreover, iron your
clothes if necessary.

Packaging;
1. We iron your clothes if necessary and fold the laundry nicely.
2. Ready to pick up or deliver.

VIII. Brand Identity

Our laundry services have a strong brand identity that meets the
needs of both people who like to have their laundry done for them and
people who don't like doing laundry at home. We offer high quality
services.

IX. Outsourcing
Our company, Passion Clean Laundry Services, will use strategies for
outsourcing to help us. We have a partnership with M's Company to
supply our company laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric
conditioner. In return, they also give our company a commission if we
sell one of their products to one of our best customers. It works out
well for everyone. As the majority of our customers use GCASH as a
payment method, we also outsource this service, which adds 2% on
our Cash-in/Cash-out system.
