Requirements

 Berusia maksimal 35 tahun.

 Minimal lulusan SLTA.
 Setidaknya memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman mengajar Al-Qur'an. 
 Diutamakan mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris aktif.
 Mampu menangani anak usia 2 sampai 15 tahun.
 Memiliki pemahaman dan pengaplikasian yang baik dalam Tajwid dan Tahsin.
 Memahami dasar-dasar agama dengan baik.
 Diutamakan lulusan pesantren.
 Tidak terdaftar dalam organisasi yang dilarang pemerintah Republik
Indonesia.
 Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM.

Age range from 20-35 years old (preferably female)

Holding or pursuing a university degree with relevant subject.

1 year experience or more in teaching Quran and Islamic Education.

Fluent in Quran recitation with excellent tajweed and fasohah.

Friendly and good in handling children and teenagers.

Demonstrated fluency in English or Arabic (both oral and written).

Having good understanding of the basics of Islam.

Dedicated, passionate, resilient and confident.

Willing to travel to students' homes to conduct tutoring sessions.

  Job Responsibilities

 Travel to students' homes to conduct tutoring sessions.

 Always give lessons to the highest standards of Quran and Islamic
Education teaching.
 Conduct tutoring sessions according to ALIF’s curriculum as well as standard
operating procedures (SOP).
 Participate in training and development sessions to improve tutoring practices
or learn new tutoring techniques.
 Monitor student performance or assist students in academic or non-academic
environments.
 Provide feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to
encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
