The video shows that the woman represent the Dev

Team (Developer Team) while the man represents the QA (Quality Assistance). Based
on the video, the Dev team is saying the correct answers but still the QA still puts it into
the square. Since I don’t have enough knowledge about these two jobs, my observation
is that Dev team do task in order and correctly while the QA tries out any possibilities as
long as it works. Upon searching, I found out that development team members perform
are planning, testing, analysis, programming, and many other activities
throughout the course of the project and quality assurance specialist's responsibilities
include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and
inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting
solutions.

Once more, the video was hilarious. The movie demonstrates that the male represents
the QA, and the woman the Dev Team (Developer Team) (Quality Assistance). Based
on the video, the development team is giving the right answers, but the QA is still
putting them into the square. My observation is that the Dev team completes tasks in a
systematic and accurate manner while the QA team explores all possibilities as long as
they are effective. In my research, I discovered that development team members
participate in a variety of tasks throughout the project, including planning, testing,
analysis, programming, and many others. Likewise, quality assurance specialists are
responsible for creating and implementing quality assurance policies, carrying out tests
and inspections, identifying production, process, or product problems, and presenting
solutions. We can see spot similarities and difference between these two jobs.
