Title: The Lost Key

Once upon a time, there was a young boy

named Jack who loved exploring. One
day, while on a walk in the woods, he
stumbled upon an old house. The door
was slightly open, and Jack couldn't resist
the temptation to peek inside. As he
stepped into the dusty room, he noticed a
key lying on a table. Jack picked up the
key and examined it closely. He
wondered what the key could unlock and
decided to keep it as a souvenir.
Days turned into weeks, and Jack
couldn't stop thinking about the key. He
decided to return to the old house to see
if he could find the lock it opened. After a
thorough search, Jack discovered a
hidden room with an old chest. Excitedly,
he inserted the key into the lock and
turned it. To his surprise, the chest was
filled with gold coins, jewels, and other
treasures.
Overjoyed, Jack ran home with his
newfound wealth. He couldn't wait to
show his family what he had found.
However, when he returned to the old
house, the key no longer fit the lock. The
treasure was gone, and Jack was left with
only a memory of his adventure. The leader and the members will start to
read and think critically about the story.

Students will now begin to answer the

The students will begin to yearn for
their understanding in questions that

Everyone who will participate will receive

Yes, Ma'am!

What is the setting Hailey?

The setting of a short story is the time

and place in which it happens.

Yes, that's right. Let's always remember

that setting is a time, place, and
environment in which the story is told.

An example of a setting in the video that

we had watched is that:
The story was set during the Belle
Epoque in Paris in the late nineteenth
century, an era of great prosperity for
Europe in which culture and the arts
prospered.

Another simple example to understand

the setting:
For instance, in the story "Little Red
Riding Hood," the setting is the forest
where the girl meets the wolf on her
way to her grandmother's house.

So, class always remembers that there

are various ways that time and place
indicate setting. Time can cover many
areas, such as the character’s time of life,
the time of day, time of year, time period
such as the past, present, or future, etc.

values, and personality traits throughout
the narrative that makes them Important.

A round character is often dynamic, in

concept beyond their individual identity or
personality.

Class, we should take note that conflict
