The Authority_was-requested to depute his representative during Inspection of the works, vide the same communication, Our Ing 1. The Site Inspection started from the junction at Km 04000 (km 190.00 of NH-24) to Km 43+446 of the Project Highway. The Inspection Team comprises of the Dy. Manager (Tech) of NHAI, the Team Leader and Sub Professional staff of the Authority Engineer along DP, DPM as Authorized Representative, Construction Manager and Material Engineer were present with the inspection team. 2. The establishment work of Project camp at Km 74500 RHS (Camp-1) and Km 39+800 RHS (Camp-2) are being started by the EPC Contractor. The Safety Team hae net been mobilized at site till date, 3. The Construction work of the Project Highway has been started afer one month from the appointed date 17.02.2023, 4. The Project progress is found of 0.35% at site as per HAM Mode and 1.40% regarding balance Kecruetion work under EPC Mode. The Authority has awarded LOA to new Contecen Mis SEC Buiklcon on EPC mode on 27.12.2022 and appointed date fixed on 17.02.2023 rh EPC TangTactor has been establishing his construction eamp at Km 7#800 RH® ead feet 394800 RHS but not fully mobilized with manpower and machineries to till arrangement in the Bhot Village Bazar, oF nraeen Provided as per safety norms.. The Team Leader of AB/IE has found that adequate safety arrangements has not been provided for road users in whole stetch of Project, 5. Overview of the Status:- Ge Physical Progress Of the Project in month of March-2023 is 1.40% in EPC Projects, Cumulative Physical Progress achieved at site is 79.98% against schedules progress of 100% Gating HAM Project. The Construction work has been being started for Highway works in Rampur Bypass and from Km 41+500 to Km 43+446 with construction of RE Wall at ROB Km 424275, 7. Qualitv& Safety of Construction & Work Methodol lopted:~ ‘The EPC Contractor has not been started the construction works with Tull capacity only Highway Work has been selected. The Work Methodology has not been submitted yet by the EPC ‘Contractor: It is requested to submit Work Methodology for construction ofall items, ‘8. Material used and their Sources:- Construction material such as Aggregates (Coarse & fine) source Bazpur (Kosi River). Cement (lratech & Shree Cement) OPC 43 grade, Steel Vizag (RINL), MSP, Shyam and Fly Ash from Roza Thermal Power Plant has stocked at Camp1 (Km 74200 RHS) & Camp-2 (Km 39+900 RHS) for construction work, 9. Specification and Standards :- ‘The balance construction of the project highway works should be start by the EPC Contractor w.r.t MORT&H specification (S" revision), IRC:SP:84-2019 and IRC:SP:1 |. (Mis KCC Buildcon (approved as a EPC Contractor by Competent Authority) has not been fully mobilized yet.
