Acknowledgement of confidentiality & assignment of rights

I, the undersigned, registered at Ghent University as visitor accept the following provisions in the context of my research and/or educational activities
at and/or for Ghent University (hereinafter referred to as ‘my Activities’).

In the execution of my Activities I will get access to (technical and other) information of Ghent University and/or third parties, containing, but not
limited to, documents, knowledge, data, drawings, photos, models, prototypes in written, electronic, oral, visual or any other form. This information,
together with the information arising from the Activities shall constitute “Confidential Information”.

I shall use the Confidential Information with the sole purpose of performing the Activities (the ‘Purpose’). I shall not:

1. use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than Purpose; nor

2. publish or disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the written prior consent of Ghent University

I have been informed that Ghent University may have entered into various agreements for research projects by reason of which Ghent University may
incur obligations to third parties with respect the research results obtained in the course of the research under such agreements and confidential
information disclosed by such third parties to UGent.

I hereby assign any and all rights to the results, findings, conception, inventions, software, designs, databases, semiconductor chips, etc. arising from
my Activities, (hereinafter referred to as ‘Results’), to Ghent University.

I shall promptly communicate to UGent, and more specifically to [ZAP/PROMOTOR] Prof. Dr. Georges MARTYN. all results and knowledge discovered,
invented or authored in the field of work of any program in which I participate.

I understand that Ghent University shall, as provided by its research and collaboration regulation, be solely entitled to seek protection for and exploit
research results, and that I shall be considered and treated by Ghent University as a researcher as provided by the said regulation. I shall render Ghent
University all assistance reasonably required for the protection and possible exploitation of such results. I undertake to assign all my rights, if any, in all
patents and patent applications covering such results to UGent (or its designate).

I further agree to maintain accurate and complete laboratory notebooks and/or other written documentation that is appropriate, as determined by
UGent.

The obligations contained herein shall be effective for a period of ten (10) years after signature. In case of any dispute or litigation in any way related to
this acknowledgement, the Courts of Ghent, Belgium, are exclusively competent.

I also declare that I have been informed of the following:

• I have to take a “health insurance” (also for family members who travel to Belgium) and an “insurance physical accidents during university activities”.
• I can take an “insurance civil liability during private life” and a “travel insurance”.
