A HEALTHY RUTINE FOR A HEALTHY LIFE

- Regulate food according to your age and your physical


characteristics .

- You must do at least 30 min of exercise per day.

-Drink at least 8 cups of water each day.

-A diet that is rich in fats can lead to insulin resistance, so


then can lead to type 2

-Diabetes type 2 is directly linked to saturated fats because


cholesterol surrond the cell in charge of glycogen and it
cannot be stored.
