NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS; ENDORSER; NOTICE OF NON-ACCEPTANCE
OF NON-PAYMENT. — If, after a negotiable instrument is dishonored for non- acceptance of non-payment, the endorser is not notified of the fact in the time and manner prescribed by the law, said endorser is released from all liability upon the document.
