PREFACE

Internship is an integral part of B. tech, and each student must undergo the internship for
6 months in a company.

This record is concerned about our practical training/internship during the 8th
semester of our B.Tech.

I did my internship as Customer Support Executive in Tech Mahindra.

During this internship, I learned several new things about the industry and the current
requirements of companies.

This internship proved to be a milestone in my knowledge of present industry.

Every say and every moment was an experience which theoretical study cannot provide.

opportunity to undergo summer internship at Tech Mahindra.

provided their valuable support, insights, cooperation, and precious time during the
internship period to guide and assist me in accomplishing the assigned tasks.

SMART ASSIST
