Job Purpose

• Lead Business Partner for Edelweiss Personal Wealth Business comprising of 1800+ employees

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders for understanding business short term and long-
term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business
requirements are being achieved.
• Collaborating with business heads on Overall Org Structure & Talent Strategy
• Conceptualize and implement various HR projects from time to time around talent
management, performance management, employee engagement & recognition
Functional • Managing end to end lifecycle processes incl. onboarding, Structured Connects,
Responsibilities performance appraisals, R&Rs, Exits, retention, employee grievances and queries
/ KPIs • Conduct structured employee connects through FGDs and One on One connects
• Strong process compliance on Onboarding, Feedback mechanism and Exit/Grievance
handling
• Conduct townhalls, employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition, employee
surveys and connects
• Responsible for evangelizing the company policies & practices to ensure understanding
across levels and departments.
• Provide Dashboards and insights on various people related metrics to business heads
Job Requirements
Qualifications Full time MBA in HR
• 7 + years of relevant experience in Business HR. across experience in Learning &
Development, Talent Management, Policy Design, Rewards etc. Experience in managing a
scale of upto 500 employees and multiple locations would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of HR concepts and evolving HR practices
Functional
Competencies • Exposure to conceptualizing and building processes is an added advantage
• Experienced in working with Leadership teams to drive results
• Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
Behavioral • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
