1. Meeting was started after the introductory speech given by the convener .
2. General discussions were held on meeting agenda.
3. The process of member collections for civil engineering alumni online
facebook group was discussed.
4. The IEB portfolio creation and layout were discussed.
5. The next meeting date (26 February 12, 2022) which will be held between
alumni convener committee members and university authorities was fixed
after discussions.
6. Process and type of publicity and media coverage were discussed.
7. Program, celebration and fund collection of the newly formed alumni
convener committee were discussed.
8. Meeting importance was discussed and importance of the prior
notifications of committee meeting absence of any member of the
committee was discussed.
9. Alumni convener committee pad and logo creation process was discussed.
10. Fund collection process for Nahid was discussed. (CEN 50 Batch).
11. After ending speech given by convener and greetings among all the
members convener concluded the meeting.
Action Plan:

1. The google link provided in the facebook alumni group which is

administrated by Farzana Akter Madam have to be spread by all the
committee member and in addition have to be shared and posted in online
platforms.
2. The targeted member collection number for the facebook alumni group is
1200+.
3. Posting in the IEB forum for Stamford University Bangladesh facebook
group mentioning the importance of the google link have to be done by all
the members.
4. The writings about the importance of the google form will be done by Md.
Azizul Islam, Md. Abu Masum Bhuiyan, Md. Shifat Hossain Khan, Md.
Bakibillah Hasan Sakib, Md Sazzad Hossen.
5. The construction of the Alumni Convener Committee constitution will be
done after the meeting with the teachers.
6. Minimum ten members have to submit their job experience certificate
attested by their corresponding job recruiters for the IEB portfolio creation.
7. Pad demo, logo creation and QR code for Alumni Convener committee
have to be done soon.
8. General discussions about portfolio publications by Stamford University
(PRD Department) have to be done.
9. Donation collection for Alumni Convener Committee for program from
committee members have to be done.
10. Next meeting will be held in 26-2-2022 (between teachers and
committee) (On Campus).
11. Fund collection for Nahid will be discussed in detail in next meeting.
