“CALENDARIO MUNDIAL” COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participants may consult these Terms and Conditions on Calendario Mundial website
throughout the duration of the Competition. If you have any queries about the
mechanics of the Competition, please don't hesitate to email fanexperience@laliga.es.

The rules set out in this document constitute the rules which will govern the
Competition (“Competition(s) Rules”).
NAME AND PURPOSE
LALIGA GROUP INTERNATIONAL, S.L. (hereinafter, “LaLiga” or the “Promoter”)
with registered offices in Madrid, Calle Torrelaguna 60, 28043 and CIF B-05.421.805,
is the organiser and promoter of the “Calendario Mundial” competition (hereinafter,
the “Competition”).
LaLiga will organise the Competition.
LaLiga is holding the Prize Draw with the intention of promoting and marketing its
products and services, where all those who have correctly signed up can participate, in
compliance with the provisions of the THIRD clause of these Terms and Conditions.
Specifically, a random draw will be held among all those who have participated and
who have met the aforementioned requirements.
The Competition will be governed under the following clauses:
FIRST. - CONCERNING THE GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND TIMESCALE
Persons who have correctly registered on the campaign website and who are over
fourteen years of age may participate in the Prize Draw.

With that being said, LaLiga informs you that, depending on the day when the Prize
Draw is held, only those persons who reside in the territories identified in Annex I of
these Terms and Conditions will be able to participate in it. In this regard, depending
on the day when the Prize Draw is held, only those persons who are resident in the
territories where the daily Prize Draw in question is held may participate.

The Prize Draw will be active from 24 November 2022 to 18 December 2022.
The Prize Draw regulated under these Legal Terms and Conditions and offered through
the Social Media Networks mentioned in the Third Clause, is managed by LaLiga,
which operates in Spain, with the content and materials being available in Spain,
although access to different Social Media Networks and, therefore, to the different
LaLiga accounts where the Prize Draw takes place, may be available from outside
Spain, given the very "non-territorial" nature inherent to Internet access. The
participant accepts that the Prize Draw is intended for any person in any country or
jurisdiction in which its use is not contrary to local laws or regulations in force at any
time. Therefore, if any or all of the content and materials or elements contained in the
Terms and Conditions are considered illegal in other countries, the participation of its
inhabitants in the Prize Draw will be prohibited and, in the event that it occurs, will be

exclusively under the responsibility of the same, with said participants being obliged
to comply with and observe the Laws applicable to these countries.
SECOND. - CONCERNING THE PARTICIPANTS
Only those meeting all the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions may
participate in the Prize Draw.
The following people are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw:
- People under 14 years of age.
- LaLiga employees, executives or board members.
- First-degree relatives of LaLiga employees, executives or board members.
THIRD. - METHOD OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
The following requirements must be met in order to participate in the Competition:
1. To participate, the participant must be over fourteen years of age and log in
with their username and password or register by filling out the details marked
as required on the registration page of the campaign website, accurately
answering the questions posed and accepting the Terms and Conditions of the
contest.
2. Solely and exclusively the first entry to the Prize Draw made by each participant
shall be valid. All other entries made by the participant shall be invalid and shall
not be taken into account in the Prize Draw.
3. LaLiga expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entry in the system which
it deems to have been generated by automated means, scripts OR ANY OTHER
FORM OR FRAUDULENT USE. Entries generated by a script, macro or other
automated means shall be declared void.
4. All entries which do not meet the aforementioned requirements shall not be
deemed valid, and therefore will not be eligible for the Prize.

The Organiser will prepare a list of all of the participants, recording the date, hour,
minute and second (Spanish peninsular time) at which they filled out the form so that
all of the entries which comply with the requirements of the Terms and Conditions
shall be taken into account for the Prize Draw.

Participation in the Prize Draw is free, such that participating and winning the Prize of
the Prize Draw shall not require the payment of any price. Only one entry per person
and/or registered user will be permitted.

Erroneous, incomplete or similar entries, those which took place outside the
participation period or which do not meet the requirements of these Terms and
Conditions will not be valid.

The Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administrated by any social media
platform nor associated with any of these. Users fully release the social media
platforms on which the Prize Draw is promoted and understand that they are providing
their personal data to LaLiga and not to any social media platform.

FOURTH. - ACCEPTANCE
Participation in this Competition implies the participants' acceptance of all the Terms
and Conditions provided in this document, which must be complied with, and any
claims as to the Terms and Conditions waived.
FIFTH. - COMPETITION DRAW AND DECISION
Twenty-five (25) Prize Draws will be held during this promotion, one per day from 24
November 2022 to 18 December 2022 (both inclusive).

The Winners of the Prize Draw will be randomly selected from among all of the users.
One (1) Winner and three (3) alternates will be selected for each edition of the Prize
Draw.

The Prize Draw decision shall be unappealable and shall be communicated to the
Winners of the Prize via the email address which the Winners used to register for the
Prize Draw.

Each Winner will have a maximum period of one (1) week from the receipt of said
communication to state their acceptance of the Prize, and to communicate this to
LaLiga in the manner indicated. In the case of acceptance, the Winner will provide
their name, surname(s) and postal address to LaLiga in order to send them the Prize
and expressly accepts that their name, surname(s) and image/photographs be
published on Facebook or Twitter as the Winner of the Prize Draw.

At the time when LaLiga contacts the Winner, it may request any and all information
and/or documentation that it deems necessary to accredit compliance with the
participation requirements foreseen in these Terms and Conditions and other
applicable legislation, as well as any other additional information and/or
documentation which LaLiga may deem necessary. In the event that the information
and/or documentation requested is not presented, they will be disqualified from the
Prize Draw and forfeit their status as Winner. In the event that no response is received
in a period of one (1) week, if the Winner, or as applicable their parents or legal
representatives, refuses to accept the Prize or fails to comply with the requirements of
these Terms and Conditions, LaLiga will withdraw their status as Winner, and consider
the contract void, with no Winner assigned.
SIXTH. - PRIZE

Depending on the day of the Draw, the Winners of each edition will obtain one of the
articles identified in Annex I to these Terms and Conditions as a Prize.

The Prizes will be awarded by LaLiga within a period of two (2) months from
notification of the Winners, and it will be the sole party responsible for doing so.

The Prize is personal and non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for any other
item, including cash or payment in kind.

All other costs related to enjoying the Prize shall be borne by the beneficiaries, unless
indicated otherwise in the description of the Prize.

Waiving of the Prize shall not give rise to any right to indemnity or compensation
whatsoever.

The Winners of the Prize must assume all corresponding legal obligations in relation
to obtaining the Prize in accordance with the laws in force.

In the event that the Winner does not accept the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right
to cancel the Prize, if they consider that no other participant deserves the Prize.

The current Prize Draw and or Prize may be declared void.

LaLiga shall not be liable:

- For situations which prevent the enjoyment of the Prize in the case of
circumstances of force majeure or acts of God, or for reasons not attributable
to or outside of the control of LaLiga.
- For incidents resulting from the execution of this Prize Draw for reasons of
force majeure.
- For entries lost, damaged, sent incorrectly or received late, for whatever reason.
- For faults or incidents with telecommunications systems which prevent normal
access to or operation of the contest website.
- LaLiga shall be held harmless for any damages of any nature which may be due
to temporary failures of availability or continuity of the operation of
telecommunications networks.
- For incorrect or inaccurate information, including that provided by
participants, printing errors or any fault with the programs or equipment
associated with or used in the promotion.
- For technical faults of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction,
interruptions, and disconnections of telephone lines and network hardware or
software.
- For unauthorised human intervention at any time during the course of the
partition or promotion.
- For technical or human errors which may arise in the management of the
promotion or treatment of participants.
- For damage to persons or goods which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in
whole or in part, by the participation of candidates in the Prize Draw or the
receipt of the Prize or the due or undue use of the same.
- For any physical damage to the participant or third parties which may occur in
the context of enjoying the Prize.

SEVENTH. - TAX OBLIGATIONS

The Prizes shall be subject to the tax legislation in force, and the Winner must assume
the corresponding tax obligations in relation to obtaining the Prize.

In the event that the value of the Prize awarded for withholding purposes exceeds the
sum of €300, the corresponding payment on account or withholding in accordance
with the rates in force at the time of accrual of the transaction shall correspond to and

be payable by the Winners. The payment of account or withholding shall be passed on
to the Winners, and they shall bear the cost by deducting it from the total amount of
the Prize received.

Furthermore, and if applicable, the Organiser shall issue the Winner with the
corresponding withholding and payment on account certificate in accordance with the
aforementioned regulations.

The Winners of the Prizes shall be required to provide all of their tax details to the
Organiser so that the latter may comply with all formal obligations which may derive
from the Prize Draw.

The Organiser, where applicable, shall make available to the Winner, within the legally
established period to this effect, the certificates of withholdings performed.

The Winner shall be responsible for complying with the tax and accounting obligations
resulting from obtaining the Prize.
EIGHTH. - LIABILITY
LaLiga reserves the right to remove any participant that defrauds, alters or disables the
proper functioning or the normal and regulatory course of this Competition.
LaLiga reserves the right not to accept someone's participation in the Competition if
they do not comply with the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
LaLiga likewise reserves the right to invalidate the entry of any users who attempt to
participate through fraudulent means, or for fraudulent or illegal purposes. The
foregoing is without prejudice to the appropriate legal measures that could be taken
according to the particular circumstances.
LaLiga shall be exempt from any liability to the participants if this Competition needed
to be cancelled or suspended due to force majeure or as required by law, a situation
that would be appropriately brought to the attention of the participants
LaLiga is exempt from any liability with respect to any incidents that are beyond its
control that might arise affecting the participants and the prize winner.
LaLiga will under no circumstances be held responsible for media coverage of the
Competition and, in particular, of the personal data and images of the participants
and/or the winner, consequently, it is exempt from any liability in connection with any
potential complaints made by the winner, participants and/or third parties arising as
a result of the opinions and/or statements made and/or the use of images and/or
personal data by the media in connection with the Competition participants and/or
people that may appear in said images.
LaLiga accepts no liability for any kind of damages that, despite the security measures
taken, may arise due to the improper use of the services and content by participants.
NINTH. - AUTHORISATION TO EXPLOIT THE IMAGE OF THE
PARTICIPANT

For the purposes foreseen in Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on Civil Protection of
Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image, participants authorise, in

exchange for no consideration, worldwide and for the maximum time legally
permitted, LaLiga, as well as the companies which eventually collaborate on holding
the Prize Draw, to make use of their name and image, in any advertising or
announcement which is made through any written or audiovisual medium (including
social media), as participant or Winner of the Prize of the Prize Draw, and undertake
to sign any documentation or authorisation which may necessary for the purposes
foreseen in Article 2 of the aforementioned Law and any others which may apply.

Furthermore, the participants are informed that, depending on the type of Prize, on
occasions both the Winner (or their alternate) and their companion (in such case) may
be photographed and/or recorded during their enjoyment of the Prize. Therefore, in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions, all participants in the Prize Draw
promise, in the event that they receive a Prize, to sign the corresponding authorisation
for recording and the transfer of image rights in order to be able to enjoy the Prize, as
well as to guarantee that any person who accompanies them (in such case) shall
proceed to sign an authorisation such as the one described.
TENTH. – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE WINNER AND
PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIZE DRAW

The personal data of the participants in the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance
with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, and this Policy shall comprise a separate
document to these Terms and Conditions.
ELEVENTH. - AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw,
in whole or in part. Likewise, the Organiser has the power, at its sole discretion, to
resolve any eventuality not foreseen in the Terms and Conditions, in accordance with
the spirit and purpose of the same.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the conditions of this Prize Draw at any
time, including their possible voiding before its end date, undertaking to communicate
with sufficient notice the new terms, conditions, or, as applicable, their definitive
voiding in the same manner as these Terms and Conditions
TWELFTH. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

LaLiga is organising this Prize Draw in good faith, and as such it shall not be liable for
any damages caused by the participation of any person in the Prize Draw, or with
respect to enjoyment of the Prize by the Winner, for reasons not attributable to it. By
participating in the Prize Draw, participants release LaLiga and hold it harmless from
any liability resulting from claims which may arise from their participation in the Prize
Draw or from enjoying the Prize.

THIRTEEN. - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

LaLiga and the participants in the promotion subject themselves to the jurisdiction of
the courts of the domicile of the participant, as a consumer.

LaLiga reserves the right to take legal action against persons who perform any type of
action which may be considered manipulation or falsification of the Prize Draw.
