Easy pancakes
Directions
Ingredients 1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar,
1 cup all-purpose flour baking powder and salt. Make a well
2 tablespoons white sugar in the center, and pour in milk, egg
2 teaspoons baking powder and oil. Mix until smooth.
1 teaspoon salt 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying
1 egg, beaten pan over medium high heat. Pour or
1 cup milk scoop the batter onto the griddle,
2 tablespoons vegetable oil using approximately 1/4 cup for each
pancake. Brown on both sides and
serve hot.
