Subject : NOTICE TO PROCEED (NTP)

Sir/ Ma’am,

This will serve as your Notice to Proceed to start construction for the House Construction of
TWELVE(12) LINNEA VE (SEISMIC)-SEMI-BARE, as presented hereunder for TANAUAN PARK PLACE
project, located in Bagumbayan, Tanauan, Batangas, Philippines, in accordance with the issued
approved plans and specifications and as stipulated in the issued approved Letter of Award dated
May 25, 2023 with the following terms and conditions:

1. The contract amount awarded to the General Contractor PESOS : NINE MILLION THREE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED    PESOS (Php 9,379,800.00) inclusive of VAT and all
taxes & fees required by the government.
2. The Contract Amount includes any and all cost of materials(excluding OSM,if any), labor and
incidental expenses to be incurred by the Contractor in the accomplishments of its obligations in
connection with the above-mentioned project/ subject.

3. All other items not specified but necessary to make the above-mentioned subject/ project
operational shall be included and shall form part of this Notice to Proceed.

4. Upon receipt of this Notice to Proceed, the total Project Duration is (NINETY )(90) ,Calendar Days.

5. FAILURE to complete at the aforementioned specified contract period (item 4), the contractor
must pay the Owner the amount of 1/10 of One Percent (1%) of the total contract cost per
calendar day for every day of delay as LIQUIDATED DAMAGES.

6. The contractor hereby agrees that this particular project will not be subjected to any labor and
material escalation.

7. No claims for change order/variation order unless it is instructed in writing by the owner. The
value of theWorks shall be agreed upon prior to actual implementation.
