5.1 Fill out the New Employee Request Form and submit it to Msgr

5.2 If the position requested is a new position, it must be
accompanied by a job description. Msgr

5.11 If qualified, the prospective employee will undergo a pre Mgr HRD
employment medical check-up and psychological test.
5.13 Submit the pre employment medical check-up and Human Resources
psychological test result forms to the HR department.

5.14 If they meet the health requirements, the HR department will
create an offering letter and submit it to the Director of Psychologist
Operations for signature.
5.16 If the prospective employee agrees with the salary and position
offered, a start date is set. If not, then salary negotiation.
