1. PURPOSE
To ensure the accuracy, speed and objectivity of the recruitment process.

5.1 Fill out the New Employee Request Form and submit it to Msgr

5.2 If the position requested is a new position, it must be
accompanied by a job description. Msgr

5.3 Checked and discussed it with Mgr DYM. DYM

5.4 If it is appropriate, the DirOps approval is requested. If not

5.6 If the New Employee Request Form is approved by DirOps, then
the HR department will search for candidates who meet the
required qualifications from the application letters that have
been available in HRD.
If not found, then proceed with placing advertisements in Mgr HRD
newspapers and websites.

5.7 Applications of qualified candidates were submitted to Mgr


DYM.

5.8 Select candidates to be interviewed, set the interview schedule


and submit it to the HR department. HRD

5.9 Calling candidates to be interviewed and asking them to fill out

5.10 Interviewed prospective employees either alone or accompanied

5.11 If qualified, the prospective employee will undergo a pre Mgr HRD
employment medical check-up and psychological test.

5.12 If not eligible then return to point 5.6 Hospital

5.13 Submit the pre employment medical check-up and Human Resources
psychological test result forms to the HR department.

5.14 If they meet the health requirements, the HR department will
create an offering letter and submit it to the Director of Psychologist
Operations for signature.

5.15 Provide offering letters to prospective employees: Human

5.16 If the prospective employee agrees with the salary and position
offered, a start date is set. If not, then salary negotiation.

New employees undergo a 3-month orientation/trial period and Mgr HRD
