The Quality:

Yes i agree on that statement because the story is about Mr. Gessler, the son
of the family patriarch and the most skilled and dedicated craftsman in the
shop. he is committed to one job which is a craftsman. His commitment could
be proven when he took great care in choosing the best materials and making
sure every stitch was perfect and he even risked his own health, by continuing
to work despite being sick and refusing to take time off to rest. in the end, he
died because he did not want to rest.

The jewelry:

Yes i agree on that statement because the story is about M. Lantin, a clerk who
falls in love with a woman and marries her. He believes her to be virtuous,
honest, and hardworking. However, after she dies, he discovers that she had a
secret life of extravagance and luxury that made M. lantin feel disappointed
and broken. Similarly, when M. lantin was disappointed with all the jewelry he
thought was precious and valuable but then he realized that they were all fake.

2.)

Mr. White is the main character in this story. He is a father who loves his son
very much. He is a wise man and very careful in using the monkey's paw which
has magical powers. But in the end he becomes desperate and broken when
trying to bring his son back to life.

Mrs. White is Mr. White's wife. At first she didn't believe in the magical powers
of the monkey claw. But when she wanted to bring her son back to life, she
became obsessed with the monkey claw. She was an emotional and unstable
person when she lost her son.

Herbert was the son of Mr. and Mrs. White. He was a cheerful young man and
seemed to enjoy his life. However, everything changed when he died tragically
and his parents were obsessed with bringing him back to life.
Sergeant-Major Morris is an old friend of Mr. White who introduced him to the
monkey claw. He is described as a mysterious figure. At the beginning of the
story, he also warns Mr. White of the dangers of using the claws, but his
warnings were ignored.

3.)

Similarities:

The speakers in both poems are deeply in love with their partners and express
their love in passionate and romantic terms.

The depth of the speakers' emotions are conveyed through vivid and
descriptive language in both poems. In order to provide the reader with a
sensory and rich experience, they both employ metaphors and imagery.

Both poems use repetition to emphasize the speakers' love's strength. For
example, "A Red, Red Rose," repeats the phrase "my love," while annabel lee
repeats the name "Annabel Lee" throughout his poem.

Differences:

"A Red, Red Rose" is optimistic and joyful in love, whereas "Annabel Lee" is
more melancholy and mournful.

A red, red rosepoem expresses love in a more straightforward manner,

whereas annabel lee is more complex and layered. Annabellee explores the
themes of love, death, and loss through metaphors and symbolism, whereas a
red red rose poem is a straightforward declaration of love.

The two poems have different tones and moods. "A Red, Red Rose" has a light
and joyful tone, while "Annabel Lee" is dark and haunting.

4.)

The short story and poems give me an understanding of life that life is nothing
if there is no love. from the short story and poems I understand that love is
what gives us life. love also means affection for someone. love does not have
to be about girlfriend/boyfriend but also about family friends and people
around us.
