Job Description for the Post of Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth
for the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and
implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets. This
role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and
negotiation skills.

Pay Scale: 2.10 Lacs to 2.76 Lacs Per Annum

Responsibilities:

● Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold
calling, networking, and market research.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and
provide solutions that align with company offerings.
● Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer
preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's
products/services and value proposition.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and generate
leads.
● Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely manner, and convert them into sales
opportunities.
● Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the
company.
● Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, and participate in sales
meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients.
● Strong sales and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales
targets.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and
results-oriented mindset.
● Knowledge of market research, industry trends, and customer preferences.
● Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
