1. What is facilitating learner-centered teaching? (5 pts)


- Facilitating Learner-Centered Teaching is a amazing device to assist
pre-provider and working towards instructors apprehend the essential
pedagogical principles, processes, and practices which are anchored
on learner-centeredness.

2. What are the challenges of a learner-centered teaching? (7 pts)


- The challenges were lack of interest and confidence, lack of teachers
and students interest, class size, students feel discomfort when they
work with others.
3. What is metacognition? (5 pts)
- Is a process of thinking about how we think and learn.
4. How does metacognition impact your understanding of yourself as a
student or as a learner? (7 pts)
- one of the simplest methods to assist college students enhance their
gaining knowledge of. It enables college students to be privy to what
they're considering and to select powerful studying strategies. It
captures student's cappotential to research how they think.
5. Give the two (2) factors of individual differences. Describe briefly. (7 pts)
- 1. knowledge about cognition- it is about what one knows and
person's stored information about human thinking
- 2. regulation of cognition- the self-directed regulation of cognitions
6. Why is it important to know the multiple intelligences of our learners? (11
pts)
- -provide students with a better understanding of how they learn.
7. What is Edward Thorndike’s learning theory? (7 pts.)
- Thorndike states that in learning is process between stimulus and
respond. This theory have three main concept those are Law of
Readiness Law of Exercise) and Law of Effect. In journey of his
thought about this theory, Thorndike adds some law in his theory and
modifies some of element in it.
8. Among the learning theories, what do you think is the most applicable at
present? Why? (11 pts)
- Cognitive psychology is a concept that each one of the matters that
pass on internal your brain, which includes perception, thinking,
memory, attention, language, problem-solving, and learning.
