REVIVE™ is the result of the 7 years of research, conducted by a Canadian Neuroscientist, Dr Shawn Watson. His
research focuses on neurological aging and how to prevent neuronal decline, as cognitive decline is fast becoming a
primary concern of Eastern and Western countries.

REVIVE™’ mode of action:

Damage to our brain lipids (fats) as we age is caused by free radical attack, inflammation, and toxic build-up, which
accumulates over time and begins to reduce our cognitive performance starting in our 30s and 40s. This accumulation
of damage can be exacerbated by pollution and lifestyle choices and is also a major contributing factor in our risk of
developing dementia later in life.
REVIVE™ actively protects the brain from free radical attack, increases the cellular repair of lipids and promotes the
export of inflammatory compounds from the brain. In doing so, REVIVE™ supports enhanced mental performance while
reducing mental fatigue, supports learning and memory, and promotes healthy brain function.

A - SLOWING FREE RADICAL ATTACK

Free radical attack on brain lipids can happen from lifestyle choices, age and/or environment. REVIVE™
intercepts/slows this process at the initial site of attack.

B- LOWERING INFLAMMATION
Once damaged, lipids have the potential to turn into compounds that increase inflammation within our brain. REVIVE™
is designed to intercept this process.

C- REMOVING HARMFUL COMPOUNDS

If damaged brain lipids are not repaired or removed, they can form toxic metabolites that impair neuronal function.
REVIVE™ detoxifies and removes these compounds from our brain cells.

D- INCREASING NATURAL REPAIR PROCESSES

Clinically proven ingredients:

There are numerous natural and synthetic products available in the market which have been proven in vitro and in vivo
to significantly improve/enhance certain mechanisms of lipid repair cycle in neurons.
Among these products, Dr Watson has selected 5 active ingredients, well studied for their antioxidant properties, to
create a unique formula and develop REVIVE™: Vitamin E, Centella asiatica, also known as Gotu Kola, Alpha Lipoic Acid
(ALA), Panax Ginseng and Selenium.
Due to their specific actions, these active ingredients act synergistically on specific targets within the brain.

Vitamin E:
Vitamin E has been clinically shown to: decrease lipid oxidation levels, lower neuronal inflammation markers, improve
cognitive performance, and protect the brain against pathological conditions.

Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola):

Extracts from Centella asiatica has been clinically shown to: significantly increase cognitive performance within the
aging brain when looking at a number of parameters including attention, focus and learning and memory.

Panax Ginseng:
Panax ginseng has been clinically shown to: significantly reduce oxidative damage to lipids and DNA, improve working
memory, improve mood, increase cognitive performance and reduce neuronal inflammation.

Alpha Lipoic Acid:

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) has been clinically shown to: significantly reduce lipid and protein oxidation, rejuvenate vitamin
E and glutathione pools within neurons and improve various aspects of cognitive performance, including learning and
memory.

Selenium:
Selenium is a key component in one of the most important antioxidant enzymes within the brain, Glutathione
peroxidase. This enzyme is responsible for disengaging and repairing neuronal damage caused by lipid oxidation.
Selenium has been clinically shown to: decrease lipid oxidation levels, lower neuronal inflammation, and improve
cognitive performance within aging brains.

Pilot study: The effect of a nutritional supplement designed to target neuronal lipid repair on cognitive function in
healthy aging adults.
The long-term safety and efficacy of this combination of ingredients was assessed in an exploratory open-label pilot
trial in healthy community dwelling older adults.
