DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

During working period, the trainee got familiar with different tasks in the law office.

1. Handling and preparation of clients folder/case folders and Statement of Accounts.


2. Sorting and arranging legal documents.
3. Encoding General Information Sheet, a Securities and Exchange Commission’s reportorial
requirement.
4. Checking computer documents.
5. Scanning and email of documents.
6. Typing.
7. Microsoft excels preparation such as billing, log in and out of documents.
8. Receiving phone calls
9. Sending and receiving email.
10. Filling legal documents.
11. Laptop and computer set-up.
12. Photo copying of documents.
13. Encoding legal documents.
14. Cleaning and arranging office equipments.
15. Assisting process servers on filing pleadings.

TIME FRAME TRAINING

The trainee started his on-the-job training on ____________________. She is required to have

SKILLS DEVELOPED AND WORK HABITS

During the training, the trainee is always on time for work, she developed punctuality.
She became more alert and attentive of anything I ask her to do, thus she developed presence of
mind. Communicating with all the officemates and attorneys has been developed. Lastly, trust
necessary when you are working at the law firm.

The trainee learned a lot of work habits there at GABRIEL & MENDOZA LAW
OFFICES such as handling clients and encoding company and client’s information and making
sure that she entered correct data. Then calling me to confirm when necessary.

With all the learning’s that she gained on his on-the-job training at GABRIEL &
MENDOZA, it made her more mature enough being at work. Because she make sure
that follow them correctly and accomplished every task well and proper.
