Sun Data Processing Pvt. Ltd. an ISO 9001 - 2015 certified company is a well-known Barcode
solution provider from Western India. based at Mira Road, Thane (Maharashtra) since 1996, Sun
Data Processing commenced operations as a Business partner of Datamatics Ltd.
Sun Data Processing believes in offering customers comprehensive barcode solutions, ranging from
the simplest solution involving installation of Barcode Printers and providing consumables such as
self-adhesive labels & thermal transfer ribbons, to high-end & intricate solutions involving effective
data capturing and integration with backend host computers, be it legacy systems or Enterprise
Applications, through barcode scanners, radio frequency scanners or portable data terminals.
A major initiative was taken by Sun Data Processing in the year 2002 by commencing its
manufacturing operations at Mira Road, Thane (Maharashtra) in the field of self-adhesive labels
(plain as well as printed) in order to support its marketing activities. Over the last 16years Sun Data
Processing has expanded its manufacturing capabilities. Starting from plain punching machines the
company has now inhouse capabilities to offer customers, labels in roll form upto 6 colours. The
current machine strength comprises of 5 flat bed presses upto 4 colour and 8 flexo rotary presses upto
6 colours including one for satin/taffeta.
This has helped Sun Data Processing to expand its marketing horizons in various segments which
includes retail, medical retail, organized retail, export houses in the garment sector, Jewellery
segments, industries which includes customers from the textiles, chemical, engineering,
pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics & courier to name a few; to a massive dealer network
catering to customer requirements in Western India.
Sun Data Processing has now established a second facility at Nalasopara, Palghar Dist in proximity
to its existing facility at Mira Road. This facility will cater to multi coloured requirements for short
run jobs along with expansion of current production capacities available at Mira Road. The facility
will be automated for certain processes for speedy production and complying with norms of good
manufacturing practices. This facility has been FSC certified.
Over the years, Sun Data Processing has joined hand with various solution providers known
worldwide such as Datalogic ADC SRL, TSC Auto ID Technology Co. Ltd, Point Mobile Co.
Ltd, Avery Denison, UPM Raflatec, Armor Asia Imaging Supplies Pvt Ltd, Kurz (India) Pvt
Ltd. These strategic alliances are aimed at providing collaborative efforts in management of
technology and marketing solutions so as to offer customers state-of-the-art solutions.

Avery Dennison, global leaders in self-adhesive Label stock manufacturing.
Another area of competency with Sun Data Processing is in providing ‘Facility Management
Services’ for handling label printing operations. This facility is being provided to various customers
ranging from large scale courier companies, small-sized logistics organizations to large
manufacturing organizations. Depending on customer requirements & the quantum of printing
volumes, Sun data Processing has deployed manpower as well a printing hardware even at customer
locations.

Sun Data Processing has for the last three years done phenomenal work in the area of project sales.
Breakthroughs were achieved in major turnkey projects for TSC range of thermal transfer printers &
Point Mobile mobility range. In appreciation TSC has recognized Sun Data Processing’s
performance and services as ‘most improved partner in entire Asia Pacific region’. On the other
hand, Point Mobile has appointed Sun Data Processing as their Official Partner for India to market
their mobility range of data terminals.
Sun Data Processing has undertaken expansion of its marketing infrastructure since the last seven
years. Our current marketing operations includes Mumbai, Thane, Raigad, Pune in Maharashtra,
Vapi, Surat, Ankleshwar, Baroda, Anjar in Gujarat & Bangalore in Karnataka. Shortly operations
will commence in Hyderabad, Chennai in south India and, Nashik(Maharashtra). With an inhouse
capability to address barcode and product label requirements simultaneously, Sun Data Processing
