GENERAL

Supply and install Super Durable Powder coated curtain wall, doors,
windows and railing Thermal Break System section from Gulf
Extrusion Sections, fixation method, colors, sealant, glazing,
hardware, accessories, fly screen …etc. different colors can be used
to architects choice, all to the engineer's approval.

GLAZING

Aluminum powder coated doors, windows & frames with glazing incl fixed
glazed window panels in aluminum powder coated frames abobe incl
ironmongery. The curtain walling system incorporates the engineering,
fabrication and installation to aluminum, glazed curtain wall system
incorporating exterior wall vision, glazing, facings, cap flashings and
spandrel panels and framing members, louvers, ribs, interior and exterior
decoration, silicon sealant, fire stopping and necessary damp proofing
between curtain walls and structure, including necessary supporting
structure (including Supply and fix 12mm thick frameless, tempered glass
opening with sandblasting as per drawing including S/S accessories
Grade 316 of approved quality and shape, as per specification and
details mentioned in the drawings and to Engineer's approval). For
bathroom and W/C window to be double glazing having 6mm tempered
reflective from outside and 6mm Sandblasted glass from inside colour,
different colours can be selected, all to engineer's approval, as per
specification and details mentioned in the drawings.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS:

The tenderer is to detail below any additional items with quantities

and rates not previously included to complete the build up of the
lump sum tender price for this section of the works.
Should the Tenderer fails to insert any items herein, it will be deemed
that his lump sum price for the tender includes all items necessary to
make the various systems outlined in the specifications and
drawings, and no subsequent claim for any additional item will be
entertained.
The Engineer has right to request the Tenderer/Contractor for cost
breakdown of any items.
