I. INTRODUCTION
Team management is the key function of any organization. Team Management plays a vital role in the
improvement of productivity, profitability, and service quality of any organization [1,2]. There are some
complex tasks which cannot be done alone. For example, try to write something on a paper by using only one
finger of the hand. Is it possible? not, because it requires coordination of your all fingers, like that for running a
successful business or a company there should be proper coordination between each other. Nowadays many
organizations are focusing on strengthening and improving their team Management. A team is a group of people
and the word management is derived from the Latin word 'manus'. Manus means a driver who will direct and
control a team of horses pulling a cart [2]. Teamwork involves forming a work culture where people working in
the organization understand and believe that planning, thinking, actions, and decisions are better when done
cooperatively.
VIII. CONCLUSION
Good teamwork is always better than the best individual performance. Completion of the work in time with
quality with minimum wastages are the expectations of the team members. Because the single individual has
limitations on many fronts, but if many individuals with different skills come together, coordinate with each
other effectively then great achievements are possible through this teamwork. the Talent of each team member is
utilized in teamwork. A Big task is impossible without teamwork. A key to achieving success is to assemble
strong and stable team members in your team. It is very necessary that every organization has effective team
management for its overall growth and maximize its profitability. It will provide a competitive advantage in
increased employee satisfaction, productivity, and innovation. It is the responsibility of a team leader or
manager to understand the team stage and according to that use necessary techniques for building an effective
team by proper communication with group members, using feedback mechanisms. This will helps in forming a
Dream team where everyone is going to work for the common goals and vision of the organization. At the end
of the day, we can say" Team works makes the Dreamwork".
