Subject : Stay healthy, stay productive

Hi Miss Maryam,
In celebrating International Youth Day, we were glad to be informed that our school is going
to organize a stay healthy programme and it will involve all students to take part in this
programme. What a wonderful programme for us! I’m sure this programme will be
interesting and many students would love to take part in this programme.

The objective of this programme is about to encourage students to have a healthy lifestyle is
seemly for our school students as they take their healthy easy and not important as their
first priority. It is important to be healthy. Healthy cannot buy with money but we can take
care of our health with money. Good health is significantly important to our life as we can do
many things when we have a good body to perform well in everything.

My friend and I would like to give our hands to you in organising this programme but we still
need your guidance to make sure this programme works well. It’s good to hear that we will
be separated to many teams to help you to make everything easier. Many hands would
make a light work.

If you don’t mind, may I know what kind of activities that murmuring in your mind? So that
we can add some of our ideas too to make this programme more interested. We would like
to suggest that we can do a lots of activities during the programme held. One of my
suggestion is to make a first aid challenge. This activity will gain students’ knowledge to help
someone in danger in a short of time. The activity such as breathing aid, CPR exercises,
wrapping exercises also can be organised in gaining students knowledge. The next activity
that would make our student interest to join this programme is the healthy food exhibition.
Healthy food exhibition will encourage students to eat healthily and indirectly gives students
knowledge to handle their meals everyday
