Holistically, culture includes everything made by man. Our identity and unique
differences reflect the kind of culture in our society. In this lesson, you will have a
glance on the understanding of culture, society, and politics. You will begin to realize
that you are connected to the social realities and phenomena based from your
actions, behavior, attitude within a society.

CULTURE
Refers to the complex whole which encompasses beliefs, practices, values, attitude,
laws, norms, artifacts, symbols, knowledge, and everything that a person learns and
shares as member of society.

culture is being defined.
1. Human infants come into the world with basic drives such as hunger and
thirst, but they do not possess instinctive patterns of behavior to satisfy them.
2. most city dwellers today do not have or need the skills required for survival in
a wilderness.
3. Culture is common between members of a group, meaning they all think and
behave the same way because they grew up in the same culture.
4. Culture is a complex system, made up of many parts that are interconnected
and related to each other integrated.
