Work done & Action plan:

 We have made a doff monitoring system to avoid the doffing losses we require a support from customer to
engage our team and insure shift wise last four doffs time in the each machine (given in display or shift
wise). By following the same we could find out the reason for the doffing loss and then same can be
corrected.
 For 32CH we have changed/corrected some parameters to enhance the productivity to desired level.

With above setting in machine no.1 we have achieved the gpss level of 195 to 198 gms.
The same setting we are insuring in machine no. 2 & 3 also and meanwhile we will work on m/c no. 1 to
increase the gpss level more than 210gms (as per customer expectation).

Support required from customer end:

 We request to procure U1USUDR 6/0 ring traveler for 32CH process, the same is available for 1
machine only hence we are unable to set the rest machines to the same productivity level as machine
no.1
 We strongly suggest not to use non standardized bobbins in ring frame which is still running in the
machine. These bobbins are without bush and without any locking slot, this may damage the spindles
button, bobbin lifting during machine running is also common in these bobbins which may disturb the
doffer settings.
 The list of FOC component is attached with this report we request the customer to send the defectives to
LMW.
