GUIDELINES FOR PRACTICAL TRAINING REPORT ADS 667/ADM 665 (20%)

1. Students are required to write a report upon completion the the practical training. This is to assess
student Interpersonal Skill. It is measured based on five (5) dimensions which include relationship
management, responsibility, collaboration and cooperation, contribution, and communication.

2. The following provides a brief guide on how the writing of the report can address each dimension of
the assessment:

PRACTICAL TRAINING REPORT FORMAT

A. GENERAL INFORMATION

Final report must be prepared and typed clearly. Writing format must be standardized based on
the given format given.

1. Font type and Size

Use Arial, 11

2. Spacing

Report must be typed in 1.5 spacing. The main section (chapter) must begin on a new page.

3. Reference

Not part of pagination.

All references must be relevant, cited and placed after the final chapter of the report.

Use APA format.

4. Total pages

• Min 10

To ensure that the training is of benefit, student is advised to make effective use of his/her time in the
