NOTE: Each row starts with a ch 2 which counts as 1 dc.
1. Ch 60. In the 3rd ch from the hook, work 1 dc. Work 1 dc in each ch to the end of the row.
2. Ch 2 and turn. Work 3 fpdc *3bpdc, 3 fpdc* repeat *-* to the end of the row Work 1 dc in the last st.
3. Ch 2 and turn. Work 3 bpdc *3fpdc, 3 bpdc*repeat *-* to the end of the row Work 1 dc in the last st.
4. Ch 2 and turn. Work 3 bpdc *3fpdc, 3 bpdc*repeat *-* to the end of the row Work 1 dc in the last st.
5. Ch 2 and turn. Work 3 fpdc *3bpdc, 3 fpdc* repeat *-* to the end of the row Work 1 dc in the last st.
Repeat rows 2-5 until you have a total of 28 rows in pattern. Cut the yarn and weave in the ends. Make
a second piece to match.

Assembly:

1. Lay the pieces together. 2. Attach the yarn approx 1” (2cm) from a
corner.

3. Work sc through both pieces to the corner. In 4. Continue with sc through both layers.

5. Work sc around 3 sides. 6. Insert the pillow form before finishing the

1. Ch 2 and turn. 2. Work 1 fpdc. This is worked the same as a dc,

just worked around he post of the dc from
the previous row. The needle indicates
where to insert the hook.

3. Like this. Now you have 1 fpdc. 4. Work 1 fpdc around the next 2 sts.

5. Work 1 bpdc. This is worked the same as a dc 6. Like this. Now you have 1 bpdc.
