SOLE: Pursuant to CLAUSE NINTH of the agreement previously described, and inasmuch at the

ANY OTHER VICE OF CONSENT THAT MAY CAUSE THIS AGREEMENT TO BE NULL OR VOID;
THUS, IN CONFORMITY AND AGREEMENT WITH THE ENTIRE CONTENT AND FORM OF THE
EXHIBIT, THEY STATE THAT THEY DESIRE TO EXECUTE IT ON TWO COUNTERPARTS FOR
RECORDS PURPOSES AND FOR ALL APPLICABLE LEGAL PURPOSES, IN MEXICO CITY,
