Lotus Notes Senior Developer

1. Skill Set:

 Ability to architect and develop IBM Notes/Domino applications accessible from either a
web browser or the IBM Notes client
 Experience with complex workflow automation in Notes/Domino
 Strong web development experience [includes XPages, JavaScript (DOJO, JQuery),
HTML, CSS, XML, Java]
 Experience with graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, a plus
 Knowledge of relational databases and experience in developing Notes/Domino
applications with RDBMS data integration (ODBC)
 Knowledge in MS operating system and MS Office programming, including integration
with Lotus Notes/Domino
 Experience in systems analysis and knowledge of the tools of their visualization and
formalization (Visio, UML, etc.)
 Knowledge of Financial Applications such as co-Financing and Trust Funds is an
advantage
 Knowledge of object-oriented design and development
 Ability to translate client requirements into application design and systems requirements
 Experience with full systems development life cycle
 Ability to create software development design documentation
 Good team player

2. Services:

In addition to computer system development, the services shall include design, analysis,
enhancement, and maintenance of computer systems, coordination, user training and support,
creation of templates and test data, program/system test including verification of its results,
system documentation and program conversion and test, customization, edit, quality
acceptance test, optimize performance of applications and providing technical guidance and
coaching to other developers.
