TITLE OF THE PROJECT : Preparing Clubhouse Sandwich

II. OBJECTIVES

a.) Create a delicious sandwich that satisfies the taste buds of the customer.

b.) Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of the group and the quality
of the sandwiches.

c.) Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among the group to improve teamwork and
productivity in sandwich preparation.

Cutting board

V. PROCEDURE

1. Cook the chicken and egg.

2. Slice the crust of the bread.

3. In a cutting board, slice the chicken into half and the cucumber. Place the cheese on top of
the bread followed by chicken slices and cucumber slices.

4. Place the other bread slice on the top of the sandwich ingredients.

5. In a cutting board, slice the egg into your liking. On the top of the second bread slice, place
the lettuce leaf followed by egg and cucumber slices.

6. Place the third slice of bread on the top of the second set of ingredients.
7. Secure the sandwich layers with toothpicks or skewers and cut the sandwich diagonally
into to two halves or into four quarters.

8. Serve the sandwich cold or in room temperature ( warm ). Enjoy!
