Dear MRS. MYRNA D. ARIAR:

Pauline peace!

We are writing to request a reschedule of our proposal oral defense, which was originally
scheduled for April 19, 2023.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to attend the defense on the
originally scheduled date. However, we are still very interested in presenting our proposal to the
panel and receiving feedback on our work.

We propose the following alternative date and time for the defense:

Date: April 26, 2023

Time: 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Venue: Grade 12 STEM-St. Hubertus

We hope that this date and time is suitable for the panel chair and members. We are available to
defend our proposal at any time that is mutually agreed upon.

Please let us know if this is possible, and if there is any additional information or documentation
that we need to provide in order to facilitate the rescheduling process.
