Reflection of Day2 (20/01/2023)

Reflective practice is, in its simplest form, thinking about or reflecting on what you do. It is closely linked
to the concept of learning from experience, in that you think about what you did, and what happened,
and decide from that what you would do differently next time.

Reflection at this level is very basic – some would say it is not reflection at all, as it is largely descriptive!
However the description should not just be of what happened but should include a description of why
those things happened. Reflection at a superficial level makes reference to an existing knowledge base,
including differing theories but does not make any comment or critique of them.

Yesterday I spent a great time here. We as a family had a lot of questions about the refelection
process/practices that how could we be able to do that and we all wanted to know what was going to
happen after that...

I want to reassure you that things are OK because I knew this was what we needed to know. While it
was difficult for anyone to know the rate of improvement we could be sure that would improve and that
it was important for the us to keep hopeful about his future.

All thing were clear when we saw/taught the GIBBS 6 stages...
