    The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council issued a notification stating that pursuant to the promulgation of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Act 2022, all applications for faculty registration and experience certificates for practitioners will now be dealt with according to the Pakistan Registration of Medical and Dental Practitioners Regulations, 2008 and the Regulations for the Appointment/Promotions of Faculty Teaching Staff/Examiners/ Principals/Dean/Vice Chancellors in Undergraduates and Post graduates Medical & Dental Institutions/Medical Universities of Pakistan 2018.     Notification
    Pursuant to promulgation of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Act 2022 (Act No. IV of
    2023) (the "PMDC Act 2022") and upon approval of the Competent Authority, all the applications
    matters for registration of faculty and all the applications for issuance of experience certificates to
    the practitioners shall be dealt with in accordance with Pakistan ·Registration of Medical and Dental
    Practitioners Regulations, 2008 and Regulations for the Appointment/Promotions of Faculty
    Teaching Staff/Examiners/ Principals/DeanNice Chancellors in Undergraduates and Post
    graduates Medical & Dental, Institutions /Medical Universities of Pakistan 2018.

    This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
