Dear Ma’am,

I have noticed that my name is listed below in the posted Consolidated Continuing TDP
Grantees Details last September 5, 2022. However, I have anticipated base on the information
posted online that still the final evaluation for qualified grantees are on-going thus, I wrote this
letter to humbly ask your favorable consideration to know ma’am if I am qualified for refund.
Subsequently, if I am qualified for the CHED TDP subsidy refund I’d like to allow MR.
ARNOLD SOLEDAD my uncle, to claim on my behalf. I can’t go physically to claim my
refund because I am currently onboard and I have no parents and siblings to claim personally
there because they’ve transferred their residency at Bohol. I am hoping for your positive
response regarding this matter.
