My Personal Philosophy in Education
My personal philosophy in education is that I believe all students are capable of learning.
Students are not just students, but they should be viewed as individuals who can contribute to the
classroom by sharing and gaining knowledge from each other. I believe that students need
guidance and not just lecture only. The teacher must also educate his or her students mentally by
teaching them the skills needed to solve problems and socially teaching them the skills needed to
communicate and works productively with others. Furthermore, I believe that teachers should not
be alone in enduring and educating students but that parents, families, communities need to work
together to support and enrich the lives of their children who are the future.
