The objective of the course is to impart participants with life-saving techniques that can be used anywhere. Common
injuries or life emergencies can happen without any warning. A person who is trained to deal with them is not only
useful but needed in the workplace.
1 HSE 01 First-Aid & CPR
This course will educate participants on how to give first aid and CPR. Participants will go through 3 levels of
comprehensive education on first aid and CPR, as well as education on the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
