SUBJECT : Progress Report re: Shooting Incident Resulted to


Serious Physical Injury of Fernando Sagpatan Domingo.

DATE : February 27,2015

1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident


Resulted Serious Physical Injury of Fernando Sagpatan Domingo. Dated
24, February 2015.

2. On February 24, 2015 at about 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon, analleged


shooting incident come about in Lopez Ave., Batong Malake, Los Baños,
Laguna, wherein the victim was identified as Fernando Sagpatan
Domingo, 45 years old, married, driver, and resident of same place, who
was shot by unidentified suspect.

3. Investigation conducted disclosed that while the victim was washing his
car in front of their house, the suspect suddenly came and without
apparent reason shot. The victim sustained gunshot wounds and
brought immediately to nearest hospital, Los Baños Doctor’s Hospital &
Medical Center for further medication. Gunman was only identified 5’6 in
height and riding in a motorcycle that not have a plate number. And fled
immediately toward to UPLB together with his driver wearing black
helmet,and black long-sleeved, Recovered pieces of evidence at the
crime Scenewere three (3) cartridge cases of suspected caliber .45
pistols.

4. The suspects was caught with the help of cctv cameras in the area
where he was identified as Jovit Ilagan who fired the gun at the victim
and Robert Einstein who was driving the motorcycle they rode to and
escaped from crime and currently detained at Los Baños Police Station
and a case of Attempted Homicide in violation of Article 249 in to Article
6 of the Revised Penal Code is pending for trial.

5. The case is already raffled at Branch 49 of Los Baños Municipal Trial


Court.
